The location was good and excellent, in a very vibrant area, convenient to go everywhere. The staff were all very generous, skilful.

Super and awesome location, vibrant area, close to shopping area and accessibility restaurants, airport bus stop 6001/6015, and subway station and shopping center. Also, easy to get to K-beauty shopping.

This hotel was set in a very central area not far from Very close to the airport suttle bus stop, department store and Insadong. The staff were very polite and polite, offered great services.

It has super and awesome location very close to the myeongdong shopping district and train station entrance. Myeong-dong district certainly deserves to be visited.

The location was favourable mostly near to bus station heading to Incheon airport. Booked a room with namsan view.

The rooms were newly remodelled and huge, had a bidet, terry cloth bathrobes and shower caps. The view of the park was excellent. The location turned out to be marvellous and incredible, not far from Seoul-2 persons and shopping center and a subway entrance. Easily reached Jin Shabushabu, located approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the hotel, had lunch/dinner there.

had extremely spacious room and a great stay for christmas vacation. the location super to myeongdong main shopping district. also - near shopping street, the subway, airport limo/shuttle, myeongdong, and also to namdaemun market, and bus stop and subway station.

We loved staying at this place! The location was perfect, just steps away from the metro exit and near many dining options. The staff was friendly and accommodating, always available to help with requests. The room was spacious and had all the amenities we needed, including free Wi-Fi, a mini-bar, and a flat-screen TV. The restaurant served delicious meals, and the bar/lounge area was a great place to unwind after a long day of exploring the city.

Just one bus from and to the airport, when you get in Incheon with 9 jet lag hours a simple way to get to the hotel is a huge plus.

The hotel is conveniently located as it is near subway and shopping areas. The airport bus (6055) also stops outside the hotel.

Fairly clean, iconic hotel. Impressive quadruple room with a bathtub, view of Namsan Park, 2 double beds for 2 adults. Great and unbeatable location, the staff were kind. Excellent and great food for breakfast. Good home base for exploring Seoul.

The hotel's location was marvellous, just next door to Myeongdong Shopping center, convenience stores, and myeongdong subway and myeongdong night market. Furthermore, to trains.

We were pleasantly surprised by the great location of the hotel, right in the heart of the action at Myeongdong. The convenience of being just steps away from the metro station and airport bus stop made exploring the city a breeze. Check-in and check-out were quick and hassle-free. Our room, though a bit dated, was comfortable enough for our family of four. The breakfast served on level 2 was excellent, with drinkable coffee and friendly staff. the hotel's location and amenities exceeded our expectations.

It is worth mentioning that we did experience some minor inconveniences during our stay. The occasional whiff of cigarette smoke in the hallway was a downside, but luckily our room didn't smell.

The room is spacious. On the exterior, it looks like a 5 star hotel. The location is good for airport bus and subway. It is good especially if you have many pieces of luggage and the limousine bus service is regular and in front of the hotel.

The central air-conditioning of the room cannot be adjusted. It is heater all day. We would prefer it to be adjustable and at least an air-conditioner option. We find it too stuffy even when the windows are opened all day. Due to the design of the windows, air couldn't flow in easily as the windows are flipped on the top. It is no doubt spring time and certain days were quite sunny and the heater was on. The toiletries (eg shower gel, shampoo and shower cap) were not replenished daily. A small bottle of shower gel for 2 persons to share and we showered at least 2 times a day. The comforters were not clean, it had some sort of blood stains on it. The TV reception was not good, the TV programmes were mostly HD, but it wasn't of that quality. The deluxe twin room located at 4th floor (we were given room 412) looks grand at the lift lobby with a private entrance. But the bathroom door couldn't be closed, the vanity top light wasn't working when we checked in, we have to call housekeeping. The bedside table light was not working either. Shouldn't all these essentials be checked before the guests arrive? And worst of all, the toilet bowl choked after day 1 and we had to call the maid for service. We also couldn't understand why a 5 star hotel could not provide free Wifi service in the room. Free service is only available in the hotel lobby. We paid 220 000 won per night for the deluxe twin. Breakfast is not included either. With this price, it falls short of our expectations. I will not stay in this hotel anymore given a choice.
